General Terms

These terms of use ("Terms of Use" and/or "Agreement") regulate the relationship between anyone who accesses the website at: https://shibolet.ai/ and/or any content presented thereon and/or any service offered through SHIBOLET AI (all together hereinafter the "Site") and the operations of the firm or anyone on its behalf, SHIBOLET AI ("Shibolet AI", "we" or "us").

  • Taking any action which creates, or may create, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure, including spamming and/or using any tool or method to add or try to add people to the mailing lists of SHIBOLET AI and/or its affiliates without their consent.

  • A breach of any provision of the Terms of Use by you will entitle SHIBOLET AI at its discretion, to immediately terminate your access to the Site without prior notice, without derogating from any other remedy available to the firm.
  • These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
  • If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
